    I lead software engineering at VNE: a team of three developers and three client products running in parallel — an online store, a stock and point-of-sale platform, and a project management solution for small businesses. When I took the role, the team shipped without formal planning, without code review and without tests. I put those three practices in place, along with the coding conventions that hold them together.

    • Led three developers across three client products running in parallel.
    • Made code review mandatory and tests a merge requirement, where the team used to ship without a safety net.
    • Introduced formal project planning and spread Clean Code and SOLID through the team's codebase.
    • Structured the branching flow: work converges on "dev", merging to "main" triggers the GitLab CI pipeline.

    Alongside my job I support businesses run by people I know: I design, build and ship the tool they need — multi-branch management, property management, an institutional website, transport and logistics. Each engagement runs from analysis to deployment, hosting included.

    • Delivered GestiPikado (2024), a multi-branch management platform, then led its multi-tenant rebuild (2026): per-domain data isolation across 55 entities, opening a new branch without duplicating the application.
    • Delivered GestImmo (2025), a property management suite: assets, leases, tenants, rents and financial movements.
    • Delivered the NGU website (2026) for an education provider — Laravel 12 on the server, Angular 19 with server-side rendering, and a dedicated back office.
    • Delivered Imad Transport & Log (2026), a transport and logistics platform — Spring Boot, Angular 20, containers and script-driven deployment behind nginx.
