The context
A platform designed for organisations running several projects and several companies at once, where market tools address each dimension separately — project management on one side, accounting on another, professional networking somewhere else again.
The problem
Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday: each covers part of the need and leaves the rest out. None brings together project delivery, matching skills to opportunities, financial analysis and document production; and none is designed for a small business in French-speaking Africa, its language, its currency, its habits. The budget ends up in a spreadsheet disconnected from actual progress.
What I did
Six modules built around an enterprise and project management core: a marketplace connecting projects, an intelligent portfolio and CV module, financial analysis, project portfolio management, and an AI-assisted specification generator. The codebase is layered, with a strict separation between the business core, infrastructure and inbound interfaces.
The outcome
The product is under development. The feature generator described separately came out of it and is already used on other projects.
