The context
The medical centre of a national savings and credit cooperative network, serving the network's employees and their dependants.
The problem
A company medical centre handles what an organisation holds most sensitive: the care records of its own employees and their dependants. Patient flow, pharmacy, laboratory and cashier all describe a single visit, and the system has to know it — while making sure a cashier can never read a lab result.
What I did
A complete software analysis followed by delivery: four business modules — patient flow, pharmacy, laboratory, cashier — plus cross-cutting security, access control, backup and business-continuity functions. Processes were modelled in BPMN and the security architecture was documented separately. The system is designed to generalise: it serves as the foundation for a health-facility management product intended to run as SaaS.
The outcome
Delivered in June 2026. The analysis and architecture produced for this centre are the foundation of the hospital SaaS product aimed at next: the work does not stop at installation.
