AMIS — real estate and land management platform

Co-founded product: a microservice architecture against real estate fraud and fragmented land administration

17
services split by business domain
2
technology stacks, chosen by domain nature
4
target audiences: buyers, property managers, administrations, construction

The context

Alliance pour la Maîtrise Immobilière Sécurisée — a product started with a co-founder, not a client commission. It targets four audiences no single tool connects today: individual buyers, property management firms, land administrations and construction companies.

The problem

Buying property invites fraud: nothing lets an individual verify that a seller actually owns the asset, or that a plot has not already been sold to someone else. On the organisation side, everyone works in isolation — property managers track their business with no link to the land registry, administrations handle land, owners, documents and public-domain occupancy in separate systems, and construction firms have no direct access to any of it. The same plot ends up existing under several identities, across several tools, with no shared source of truth.

What I did

The chosen split isolates seventeen services by business domain across two technology stacks selected by domain nature — Spring Boot for transactional domains (sales, payments, rentals, compliance, financing, billing, construction), Laravel for document-centric and intake domains (land, document management, diaspora, onboarding). Everything lives in an Nx monorepo, with shared libraries, automatically enforced commit conventions and a GitLab pipeline. Tenant isolation relies on one PostgreSQL schema per organisation, authentication is delegated to Keycloak, and inter-service communication runs over Kafka. Elasticsearch powers search, MinIO stores files, Redis handles caching. Plan, quota and KYC provisioning modules prepare for SaaS operation, and deployment is described for both Docker and Kubernetes.

The outcome

The product is under development and not yet in use. The core domains — party registry and land management — are the most advanced, alongside the back office. The marketplace is under way; the mobile application has not been started.
