The context
An Abidjan distributor of frozen goods, food packaging and baking supplies, wanting to sell online under its own domain name.
The problem
A food distributor's catalogue changes constantly: products, categories, promotional banners, contact details. A store whose content lives in the code needs a developer and a redeployment for every one of those changes.
What I did
The HarmoChic foundation — a Laravel 12 API and two Angular 20 applications, the store and the back office — was reused and made fully administrable: site settings, banners, categories, products and photos, content pages, home-page section order, delivery zones and fees, and SEO are all managed from the back office. Customers pick their delivery zone at checkout, then send the order to the store on WhatsApp from the confirmation page; below the alert threshold, the product page shows the remaining stock so customers order before it runs out. Going live fits within shared hosting with no SSH: the code ships as a single archive over FTPS, a token-protected setup page runs the Laravel commands, and images are served without symbolic links, which the host does not follow.
The outcome
In production since 25 September 2026, six days after the first commit, and still growing since. Changing a text, an image, a category, a product or a delivery fee no longer requires any code change.
